To enrol your child in our school holiday program, simply click Book Now to select your preferred date option, fill out our online registration form and submit payment.

If you wish to cancel your child's enrolment, a cancellation request must be submitted in writing to support@leapacademy.co.nz at least 3 working days prior to the start of the program for a refund. This means that for a session starting on Monday, written notification must be received before the prior Wednesday.

Our school holiday program is best suited for children between the ages of 8 and 12.

Parents/caregivers are responsible for ensuring a packed lunch is provided for their child. Please ensure you pack:

• A water bottle
• Snacks for breaks
• Lunch

We are a nut-free program and would appreciate if you did not include nuts in your child's lunch for the safety of any children with allergies.

Signing-in:

• Sign-in between 8:30am and 8.50am
• Parents/caregivers are required to personally deliver children to the program location and to sign-in each child
• If a child is enrolled and unaccounted for by 9.00am, our Missing Child Policy is put into action and parents/caregiver, then Police if necessary, will be notified

Signing-out:

• Sign-out by 4:00pm 
• Children must be signed out by the parent or caregiver. Children will only be released to people authorised on the enrolment form or as notified by a parent. In these instances photo ID may be requested.

Our school holiday program ends promptly at 4:00pm. We understand that unforeseen delays can happen, but to ensure the safety and supervision of all children, a late pickup fee of $50 for every 15 minutes of delay will apply for pickups after 4:15pm. If you anticipate being late please notify LEAP Academy as soon as possible. We appreciate your cooperation and respect for our staff’s time.

We collect personal information to ensure the safety and well-being of your child while participating in the school holiday programme. We are committed to protecting the personal information we hold about your child and will take all reasonable steps to ensure it is securely stored.

Personal information will be used solely for the purpose of:

• Enrolling and managing your child’s participation in the program.
• Contacting you in the event of an emergency.
• Providing appropriate care and support to your child, including medical assistance if needed.
• Communicating program details, updates, and important notices.
