Exploring AI & The Power of Prompt Engineering

Kids will enter the fascinating world of AI! They'll discover how AI works, its impact on our daily lives, and how to use it ethically and responsibly. The focus will be on prompt engineering—crafting the right questions and instructions to get the best responses from AI tools like ChatGPT.

AI is everywhere—from schoolwork to creative projects and even future careers! However, knowing how to communicate with AI effectively is the key to unlocking its full potential. Through hands-on activities and real-world applications, students will learn how to use AI as a competent helper, not a replacement for their thinking!

They’ll learn how to work effectively in teams, communicate ideas, and solve challenges using the 9Es of Collaboration: Explain, Establish, Explore, Envision, Engineer, Execute, Examine, Evaluate, and Extend.

Collaboration is more than just working in groups—it’s about listening, sharing, problem-solving, and making clever compromises to achieve a common goal. Through exciting hands-on activities, kids will discover how to be great team players and leaders in different situations!

Just like learning to dance takes practice, becoming a skilled decision-maker requires strategy, patience, and experience. Through interactive challenges and real-world scenarios, kids will develop the confidence to make wise decisions in school, at home, and life!
